How does the payment process work?

You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking to secure your date. This deposit does go toward the full amount. Payment plans are available + the final payment is due by/on the day of your session. Your final gallery will not be delivered until the final payment has been received.

Do you help with the wedding day timeline?

Of course! All wedding packages include a personalized wedding timeline. We will schedule client calls leading up to the wedding day! These calls include creating/adjusting the timeline, vendor suggestions, you sharing your wedding day vision with me, etc… basically all the fun and logistical things. I am happy to help in any way I can!

How + when will I receive my photos ?

Average turnaround time for most sessions is 2 weeks. Average turnaround time for weddings is 4-6 weeks. You will receive previews to enjoy before your full gallery is ready to be delivered.

Once the gallery is ready, it will be delivered to you by way of a downloadable link. This link is shareable, and makes it easy to send to your friends and family. The download link will expire after 7 days, so make sure to download + backup your photos asap! :)

What if I need to reschedule?

If the weather is crazy or there is an unfortunate unforeseen circumstance, we can reschedule your session and your deposit will be put towards the new date. However, if you decide to no-show, the deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit will be required for the rescheduled date.

Do you travel?

Absolutely!! I am located in the Chattanooga area, but travel is something I am super passionate about! We can discuss travel fees/expenses during the booking process.

Do you retouch the photos?

Minimal retouching is included as a part of my editing process. This includes things that would not normally be there, such as: small blemishes, spots/wrinkles in clothing, etc. Major retouching is not a part of the services I offer.
