How does the payment process work?

You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking to secure your date. This deposit does go toward the full amount. Payment plans are available + the final payment is due by/on the day of your session (3 days before for weddings). Your final gallery will not be delivered until the final payment has been received.

Do you help with the wedding day timeline?

Yes! All wedding packages include a personalized wedding day photo timeline. We’ll schedule a few check-ins leading up to your wedding to talk through your vision, build or adjust the timeline, and make sure everything feels natural and unhurried. I’m always happy to share vendor recommendations and help think through the flow of the day so it supports being present, not rushing from moment to moment. My goal is to create a timeline that brings peace and allows your day to unfold as beautifully and effortlessly as possible.

How + when will I receive my photos ?

Average turnaround time for regular sessions is about 2 weeks. Average turnaround time for weddings is 6-8 weeks. You will receive previews to enjoy before your full gallery is ready to be delivered.

Once your photos are ready, a link to your gallery will be sent to your email! This link is shareable and makes it easy to send to family and friends.

What if I need to reschedule my session?

If weather conditions are unsafe or an unexpected circumstance comes up, I’m more than happy to reschedule your session. Your deposit will be applied to the new date so we can make sure everything still feels aligned and stress-free. If no new date is selected or you decide to no-show, the deposit is non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to secure a rescheduled session.

what if i need to reschedule my wedding?

If your wedding is postponed, all services will pause until a new date is set. Once your new date is confirmed, we’ll reconnect to adjust the payment schedule and officially secure it on my calendar. If services resume after the new date is established, a second payment will be required at that time to hold the new date. If the wedding is ultimately canceled for any reason, the initial payment is non-refundable.

Do you travel?

Yes, absolutely! While I’m based in Chattanooga, I LOVE traveling to document love stories in new places. Travel fees are always discussed during booking. I also offer discounted travel rates for destinations I’m already planning to visit or that are on my travel bucket list!

Do you retouch the photos?

Minimal retouching is included as a part of my editing process. This includes things that would not normally be there, such as: small blemishes, minor teeth whitening, spots/wrinkles in clothing, etc. Major retouching is not a part of the services I offer.

I tend to gravitate towards cooler tones and photos with a dreamy, nostalgic feel. I would describe my style as cinematic and genuine. I will give you prompts to help guide you along the way but I encourage everyone to take their own spin on it. Do what comes naturally and feels the most authentic to who YOU are. The moments that are the most you, are the ones I’m not directing.
